i seem to be having this issue in 11.22 , map download steady around 30kB/s was fine 2 days ago.

I have nod32 running on my computer and i set it to run in gamer mode and i turned off all the firewall options and it succesfully connected 3 out of 4 times. so im thinking that was largely at fault.

if you have an antivirus try disabling the firewall while playing.
