Just to clarify: the game freezes at the point you open the research window and never progresses past that point. That's what happens to you right? Yes. Replay feature is kinda old by now, but i still cant use it.
Every replay i make get stuck when i open the Tech tree.
Didn't see it in open bugs, it is just me ? because i re-install the game.

it easy to get alien artifacts and i didn't need to search for resources, but making the surrounding like HELL.

well, the hard part is at start and at end game. at start,i did allot of gun turrets and did all there upgrade. also i did made belts that auto fill them with bullets. and double walls . then at end game, after i got lasers i went for an attack. you need allot of construction robots, i use blueprint...
