Old Car Physics Mod
I miss not being able to ram through trees and biters. Could someone make a mod that reintroduces the old car physics?

I would have thought I had seen that when I looked at the change log. I do like the old physics better. Perhaps I'll request a mod.slpwnd wrote:Jeroon is right. Car is meant more for transport than to destroy stuff. This is an intended change.

Fair enough, but if you die near a biter base it would be much harder to get your things back.Nova wrote:Don't like this idea as it is. It would make the death insignificant. Maybe something like "Loosing the halve of anything"?

[0.11.x] Cars not destroying what they hit.
PROBLEM:
I was driving my car at high speeds then I hit a dead tree. The Car's health bar shows up but no damage is taken. The things I hit take little to no damage, and the car completely stops.
RECREATE:
Drive a car into something at high speeds.

Would it be possible to add public chat rooms to the forums, similar to PM, but you can chat with anyone, like a TeamSpeak Lobby.
Each Thread on the Board Index would have its own chat room.

Currently when the player dies, he looses his whole inventory. There should be a death chest that spawns where the player died. Looks like some major progress and messing around has gone on in the last few weeks! I can't wait to play on multiplayer with my friends!

It bugs me that when I click on news, I get sent to threads about the latest updates, and when I click updates, I see the FFF's, in other words, news. Does anyone else feel this way?
