About how often are localization updates pulled, out of curiosity? Normally every update, so 0.16.20 pulled the translations at the time, as did 0.16.19 etc Yes, localizations are pulled every update. Before .19 I finally managed to set the notification settings correctly so I was able to translate...

Pipette tool is middle mouse button (mouse wheel) for me though, I'm more used to this hotkey from Minecraft.

You rebound the hotkey to Left Mouse Button.

If you click on the hotkey selector thing ONCE, it'll say "Waiting...". Then press the key you want the control - in your case select weapon - to be on.
I recommend Q for that.

This wiki article holds some nice graphs and tables regarding enemy evolution and when behemoth biters will spawn.
Oh and the spawning of behemoth is not depending on the world preset setting, you can get behemoths on easiest settings, too. :D
