Any chance you rotated the blueprint when picking it up? Can you post the crash log it generates? You can't see it on the video, but there is a crash window that appear(ed) the moment i clicked to pick up the blueprint. The blueprint does have underground belts, but i was able to pick it up the one...

In singleplayer running mods enabled: RSO v1.0.3, FARL, Fueled Burner Inserters, Fluid barrel, Blueprint string. When i went to click on a blueprint in a chest, i had it in a disabled slot. This is the wrong section to ask for help. this is for posting mods that help the game.

mods in v12 now need a delimiter, So your oninit no longer works. It needs to be on_init. everything needs underscores now.

the train stations them self are your problem. While placing it, next to the tracks it should have arrows. The arrows point in the direction the train needs to move.

I believe this is by design. I personally wouldn't want inserters to take out of train/insert into train if it simply stopped near a station because of a signal. Stop1 is part of the trains schedule he is saying, but the next stop (the previous stop) he "mined" so the next stop no longer ...
