Since the loader is just a ramp for belts, to tip stuff into chests/trains, I don't see why it should be expensive, require anything to run, or be late-research. I like the idea of loaders, but I feel it should only work on special storage chests, maybe even bigger storage chests. Also Steam syncs saves between computers afaik. Very handy for some.

I believe eventually they will allow Steam-buyers to download the game from the website too, but not yet.

Oh nice, finally some VRAM reduction. I think I had some problem with that before, but I never really figured out if that was the actual cause of my lag or not, because sometimes it would work just fine.

I use steam engines to drain the water. I don't even have to boil the water first, it just disappears in the engines anyway.
This would maybe be a bit fancier way to do it though.
