When you have a furnace with fluid boxes and some fluid inside it, the moment you save you game and then reload it, the liquid in the machine is gone. I have made a map for myself with a lot of belts, in all different setups. Added items to belt, and they work normally. Even after 5 minutes.
I cant seem to recreate it. If somebody has the bug, upload a save so i can see and fix it.

The most obvious thing i can see is you dont have an item set. (Or you didnt show it )
