Your savegame is missing control.lua. Did you make this map in the map editor? If so, that is the reason. Maps made in the map editor do not have the freeplay scripts. But it will be fixed fixed in 0.13 - Loading a scenario without control.lua will automatically load the freeplay game mode scripts....

some what, if you have a Research with 4 red, green and blue science packs and 2 labs.
you put 1 red, green and blue science packs in lab1
and then add 2 red, green and blue science packs in lab2
lab2 looks like it has not done (eat) the 3nd set of red, green and blue science packs.

[0.12.24][steam][windows 10] Science pack 3 not filling up
Science pack 3 (blue) is not filling up the bar it is like the bar is 1000 but the Science pack 3 is 999.9
I have 10 labs I put 9 in 4 of them and 1 I put I in it, lab 2,3,4,5 had looks like full bars(see pick)

I get this from loading a save game I just save.
Edit loading with the mod and then add it back in fix it so far so good.
Edit2: new game and add it a game works but not loading it with a game with the mod in.

The problem with using lot of cores is, that we can't do it. The game needs to generate the map slow enough, to make it still smooth on the worst computer we want to support. The big bug with this is the "Logistical Loop" as you can full up the belt with the over ores.
