If a pump needed power then, currently, you cant get any water to get the steam engine working. Steam power is a basic start to the game. Where as oil and solar are more advanced and require researching to get better energy

Different Coloured Characters
When multiplayer is being made + log in is needed we should be able to change the colour of our character on the website to one of our choice. just add some personality to it

if it went 3d, it would be nice but it would make the feel away from the game atmUndermind wrote:Dried lake should leave pit in the ground, so you need 3D landscape for that. And this is quite huge change that affects many aspects of the game.

Or do it "Not Enough Items" style ? Press "R" when mouse is on top of an item, shows a window with how to create that item. Press "U" to show what can be crafted with it ? :) or if ya don't want to copy not enough items, use different default keys ;) tbh i think only t...

As far as renewable water... I think that's a difficult balance. I think if you are going to have water deplete there should also be a way of it naturally renewing. A balance between pumping/pollution and renewal for example. Would be interesting to see how they spin it if they did do it that way. ...

i use the subscribe to topics, got it on so i automatically subscribe(now i've just subscribed to this topic ) great little feature for when i'm on the go i can see if something is posted without having to log on to the website directly.

maybe a train wagon for liquidTGS wrote: be annoying for those who want to rely on pumps and don't want to have to keep moving their power generation. Though this might become more realistic when other sources of energy are added and are more practical.

oh thanks :) i need to get into some of this code stuff ;) and yea it does make sense that if you want to build and not kill then you would turn off the bases, but on the otherhand you need the artifacts to do more research. so maybe Peaceful mode disables the biters but leaves the bases for you to ...

Would be nice to have an easy mode so that if you die you can re spawn instead of loading a previous save. Also i like the functionality of the peaceful mode but it would be nice to have a mode(easy mode) that prevent the 'natives' from attacking your factory until you attack them. Complete peaceful...

Eventually there should be bridges to go over water, large masses of water which means boats can come in handy and also depleting water! You put a pump down and the water slowly drains around it eventually drying up leaving more land to walk on(maybe some underwater items)
