I found it really anoing that the scrollbar is reseting when you toggle a mod.
Also it's really odd that the scrollbar in the inventory resets when I reopen the inventory.

Not a bug. :)

I would consider scroll position reset in the mods list as bug, and it's quite annoying one if you have lots of mods and want to turn off few of those that are at the bottom of the list.
For inventory it is OK to reset scroll.

I drive to my car salesman, where I bought the car and say "This car is broken, I can't load in the wood for the next winter..."
And then he asks me: "Yes Sir, is there anything broken with the rear trunk?"
And I answer: "No, nothing, it's just too small, I must drive several times..."

...

Annoying, yes. But this wasn't obviously not programmed for this number of mods.

An issue, suggestion, what you like. Not a bug. :)

True. Wasn't an issue until DyTech was split to 10+ separate mods.
Anyway it is now logged, whatever it is :)

Thanks for the report. I can imagine it can be quite annoying when you are switching off 10+ mods :) So this will be fixed in 0.10.4. Also note that you can edit the file mods/mod-list.json manually before Factorio startup.
