It is possible to walk though laser turrents that have been rebuilt by the robotic network.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a robotic network covering some laser turrents. The network should be able to rebuild the laser turrents if they get destroyed.
2. Destroy some laser turrents. (I used my combat shotgun with piercing shotgun shells.)
3. Verify that there are ghost buildings.
4. Wait for the turrents to be rebuilt by the network.
5. Walk through the turrents!

To get the turrents to return to "solid form" simply save the game and then load it again. Now you can't walk on them.
