You can keep mining resources while viewing the overview map.

Steps to repeat:
* Left click on any resource to mine
* Press the overview map button
* Release the left mouse button
* You can navigate around in the overview while your avatar keeps mining in the background.

I have only tested this in 0.11.6 as I have no older versions available to test in.

I noticed this "feature " already in 0.10.12

This is one of the best features in factorio damn it! Quit complaining. I've been using it since 0.9

Well personally I am of the opinion that this is neither a bug nor a feature.

I'm sorry but I solved it to be consistent with all other ways of input handling.
