[any] A fuel inventory size of 0 crashes the game

Creating an entity with a fuel inventory size of 0 crashes the game once the entity is built in-game.
Steps to reproduce:
The reason for doing this: I was trying to make an entity powered only through the script API (not electric and the player can't put fuel in manually).
Steps to reproduce:
- Set the fuel-inventory size of the stone furnace (base game one) to 0
- Build the stone furnace
- The game will crash
