12-to-8 Belt Design? Anyone?

I need a belt balancer/compressor that has an input of 12 lanes and outputs onto 8 lanes.

4x 3-to-4 balancers, then merge pairs down to 8?
There are tons of image libraries out there for the basic balancers like 3-4, etc.
