It would be great if you would find interest again, as this Mod has some very nice features!
Maybe you could use your "problems" as a inspiration for future features like instead of building more of the same, somehow upgrading existing buildings or something like that ;)

Ok guys, I wanted to ask something to the factorio community.

- Do you still play this mod ?
- Would you like me to update it to the latest version of factorio ?

I thought about remaking it completely from scratch, with new features.
- What do you think ?

Yes, I do.
YES, please.
I think it's a good idea, but not completely remaking, solar panels now working good and don't need changes.
But it's only my opinion

What I mean by remaking is, completely rewrite the mod, keep the same behavior but use a fresh code instead of just updating the actual one.
Also Reygan please no russian / whatever, i can't understand you :(

Any way nobody paid attention on messages in other then english language. I writing directly to Vitduo, and do not want to disturb others, therefore i using russian indeed. Please just dont translate, and everything will be nice ;)

I always install Industrio. Great mod. I would like to see you update what you have already and *then* do the re-write though :)
You need to change your wall entitiy collision to make then connect properly now. here is the new line that I use (Copied from the vanilla wall):
collision_box = {{-0.29, -0.29}, {0.29, 0.29}},

P.S. I had to rename Quartz to Quartz2 to avoid a conflict with Bob's Ores. Other than that, I don't know of any other changes needed for 10.1

Do you have a rough idea how long would it take to rewrite it versus updating the current code?

If just getting the current stuff working on 0.10.x doesn't take too long then perhaps do that first and do a rewrite after?

Well, most of the rewrite will be copy paste code from the old version to the new one.
But as rewrite i was thinking about something like, create Industrio 2, a new mod, that would require new saves.
With existing features from the 1 as well as new mechanics.

Yes I use it. Its One of the Best Mods I think.

Bob's Ores Quartz does overite Industrio quartz, but from what I can tell, they're almost the same, just with different graphics, and it doesn't break anything since the quartz item it drops replaces the quartz item in industrio, everything works fine.

The issue was with Bob's Plates (Metals and Chemicals mod), where smelting quartz produces glass. However, Bob's Plates also has Silicon plate produced from quartz, it's just a small chain using chemicals and electroysis rather then smelting, so in the latest version, I have an overide tag that replaces the unobtainable Silicon Boule from Industrio with my Silicon plate, making it still buildable.

Okay good, I see players want me to update this mod.
I'll see what I can do.
But first I'll have to play without any mods to get the real feel of the new factorio.
Then i'll work on the mod again.

But I'm trying to find a job at the same time, and modding is really time consuming. (If you know what I mean)
