[MOD 0.12.11+] Concreted Rail Tracks

Hello,

i hoped you all change to Naked Rails

Well i looked after the rail signal visualisation and found out how the game implemented it.
Problem:

The visualisation is off as the rail picture are different scaled.
This is out of my scope and time to fix.

I added all necessary code to enable it in this version.
So if anybody feels able to fix the offsets i would be really happy.
