What does efficient mean to you?
You could mean prety or space efficient, in which case my reply has no meaning,

I assume that you mean no bottle necks that could be fixed by another assembly machine.

And it seems to me that your 1 gear assembly needs to be doubled (almost) to keep up with the rest of the setup.
its recepie makes 2 gears per second, but you're using it for;
red beakers = 1 per second
inserter for green sci = 1 per second
belt for green sci = .5 per second (need 1 belt recepie done every 2 seconds)
inserter for blue sci = 1 per second

right now (in screen shot) seems to be iron input, but even if you fix that, the gear assembly will almost halve the speed at which you clearly planned to produce beakers.
I would suggest changing the belt assembler to gears, and putting a belt assembly below it (proly have to dive the iron belt under it)
