Is handcrafting green circuits still a thing ?

I'm playing new game of alterantive anergy PY and I'm busy trying to automate green circuits.
I've read in some places on forum about mysterious "simple handcrafting " green circuit recipe, but i can't do it in my game.
Is this still a thing? Or was it removed ?

Hey Yosiu,
Are you playing with the full Py Suite? (beside Pyblock)
I dont thick you can handcraft green circuits anymore, you will need a chipshooter machine mk01
