hey, if i open a chest with 800 or 2000 slots my FPS and UPS drop to nearly half.

Yes, don't use a chest with 2000 slots if you don't want to deal with the fallout of ... a chest with 2000 slots
I've improved the performance significantly when it comes to rendering chest contents (for 0.13) but the root cause of this is: you're looking at a chest with 2000 slots. It's going take more processing time to handle that.
