[0.13.9] Landfill can no longer be ghost placed

0.13.8 had the ability to ghost place landfill for construction with shift+left click.
0.13.9 appears to have lost that feature.
Couldn't find this bug already reported, but my apologies if it was.

That was a never intended feature that got removed.

Ah, too bad. Also didn't see it in the recent changelog, but I think I understand the reasoning behind the removal.

What is the reason for this? I wanted to create island with roboports in a large lake because the drones keep running out of power crossing all that water.
