Electricity map

Post by dimmy »

Hi devs!
At the first, you have created great game!
I'm also developer, have idea how to add more clever AI to the game for hardest level, creatures will hunt for the player in intelligent way and i can code it if you need it...
But this post about the bug i found.

In the save game (v0.15.33) i have elecricity generators in the center of them, they ARE NOT connected to the whole electric network (look at the map by pressing M and visually),
but game wrotes that 2 steam engines are still connected to the network and provides power from them!
But how? There no connections between lap sticks! How can the whole network be power on? There is no connection to it!

Sry for poor english.

the two you are talking about are connected to two separate systems.

remove the pipes between the boilers and move them to have it disconnect from the wall.
by the way, one boiler can support two steam engines at max load.

The display of the electricity networks shows you the network connections and nothing more, from that you can see that there are two not connected networks. It does not and is not supposed to show you producer or consumers.
