Accumulator and personal battery not showing total raw materials.
However i don't have my complete tech tree yet, the pers bat mk2 is probably also affected.

Neither ingredient can be crafted by hand, therefore they are the raw materials as far as the game is concerned. The same applies to Steel Furnace, Heat Pipe, Storage Tank, Concrete, etc.
