Was the terrain fragmentation setting removed or am I just managing to overlook it?

crashes on ubuntu 16.04.2 amd64 at 98% as well.

The stand alone version works for me, but not the steam version (same crash others have reported) Running on Linux x64 (Ubuntu 16.04).

in the ZIP Version is this bug

This pops up at 98% of game loading and the game crashes.
I use Win8.1 64bit.

Steam version crashes for me, even after I deleted my config folder and reinstalled the game.
The manual download works.

I'm not the guy you quoted, but I deleted my mod folder on my Steam install and it still crashes at the same point with the same error. So the mod thing is not the issue for the Steam side of things.

Startup issue is probably Win-specific. Managed to start on my mac (OSX 10.11 - Steam-version). Quite a nice surprise (goodbye sleep/work-week)

It doesn't want to keep High graphical settings. on, it turns back to normal, and tells me "configs have been reseted" every time I restart the game.

After deleting my config file, I'm getting error "Value must be a dictionary in property tree at ROOT.other"

LOL =D I was laughing my ass off to ppl who didn't get past 9x% loading, now i'm one of them "DO NOT DELETE YOUR CONFIG FILES!"

Windows 7, Steam.

Glad to see everyone is getting the same error, besides me xD

What platform are you using? Most of us got problem running the game. (win10 and ubuntu on steam)

I disabled Steam cloud, and removed all my saves, then the game loaded for me, perhaps someone else could try this and verify? - Win 10, X64, Steam
