[*.*.*] - Windows temporary data download folder.

When using the auto-update, it seems to crash if you have special characters in your Windows "User" folder.

The PC I was using right now, had "Å" in its c:\Users\Å... \AppData\Roaming\... path, and I get an "Error opening update package:" and crash to desktop.

I believe I have seen this on earlier versions too, but I went to download directly instead of updating.

This bug is fixed in 0.10.0, problem is that update TO 0.10.0 has to use the 0.9.8 binary ...
