[0.16.19] Blueprint - cant open blueprint book

1. Press B to open Blueprint menu
2. Try to open blueprint book (right click on it), i can't open it
3. Copy blueprint book to inventory
4. Try to open blueprint book from inventory, everything work ok.

Is it normal behavior?
