[0.18.12] Tank ramming into gate wall gets stuck after personal contruction robot rebuilds wall

I got in this situation by attempting to drive my tank through the gate and horribly failing, ramming it into one of the sides (with the little lamp on it). The tank destroyed the wall and came to a stop, after which a personal construction robot immediately rebuilt the wall from my inventory. The tank could no longer move at this point, attempting to drive forwards or backwards or turning resulted in the tank and wall taking a little bit of damage, which was immediately repaired by the robots. Getting out and mining the wall worked to get the tank unstuck.
