windowed and really small

Hey guys, my problem is that factorio starts in
a very small window and stays like this.
i can only see the options ( "pione" to be exact)

That´s the factorio window in relation to the desktop icon.
Is there a way to change the resolution of the window?

Known Bug.
Press Windows-Key + D twice and it should work.

just switches between the game and the desktop.
