I'd completely remove the graphics driver with a removal tool and then reinstall it.

This is a bug with the AMD graphics driver and is currently waiting for AMD to fix it on their end. You can try older graphics drivers and see if one of them works.

Do you have any steps that reproduce the issue? I’m trying to talk to AMD about it but they can’t reproduce it.

not really it kind of happens randomly without warning sometimes it will not even give a error and just lock up the whole compter which forces me to hit the reset button.

Edit: it also happemed on the main menu once i was not doing anything and it still crashed.

AMD is wondering: do you have Radeon Image Sharpening or Radeon boost are enabled in the driver software?

I just checked and they are both disabled.

A larger request: the next time this happens can you open task manager, find the factorio process in the "details" section, right click on it and select "create dump"?

It will generate a (large) dump file (It tells you where it makes it) which you'd need to compress and upload somewhere that can handle files that large. Once you do that I can forward it to AMD and they can try to figure out what's happening with it.

I will do that asap I should be able to use mediafire to upload it.

Just to be sure, also please provide the log file from the crash. It has the game version and OS version in case you've on a different version from when they look at it.

Can anyone getting this crash try disabling the "anti-lag" feature and see if it stops happening?

Could anyone else provide these dumps? Maybe one of them ends up being what AMD needs.
