the rocket counter is stuck at 77 in this save

I downloaded the game and loaded it in 15.21 and the rocket launched within 30 seconds of me loading the game.
The next rocket launched shortly thereafter.

As an aside, I have a stack of achievements now that I previously did not have, shows how much I play the game lately.
Personally, I think it's poor form gaining achievement if I didn't create the map, but, too late now.

Here is the fixed save game, i let it launch 1 rocket to make sure
