Quantified lack of sleep

I think I may be coming out of the 2 week obsession phase I have with things like this. To see how much it affected me, I checked my Fitbit logs to see how much sleep I'd missed. (This isn't total time played, just amount of sleep I've lost to playing.)

I know, I know. I'm a casual scrub who still chooses sleep over gaming. I'm sorry, I'll do better.

Pretty much the same here. lol
Since getting the game last week I've been down to 4-6 hours of sleep a night instead of my old 6-8 hours.

No big deal though since I'm between jobs currently (and no, i wasn't fired due to lack of performance due to lack of sleep :P ).

I recommend strongly to use programs to limit the game time, because it's really not healthy to sit so long in front of the computer.
For example: http://www.workrave.org/

Haha, yeah. I use a pomodoro timer, too.

Thankfully, my MO with games like this is to binge for a couple of weeks and then come back to earth.
