they need production chain graphs.

i installed angel mods, and i got confused how to make plastics. this could applied in vanilla where i (sometimes) forget how to make blue circuits.

why don't we have graph to show what kind of material we need for the item we want to made ?

I don't use them myself but I think they provide what you are looking for.

Because it's not necessary and requires work to implement. All you need to know is already in the recipe tooltips. And for some the point of the game is to do these calculations by yourself.

The technology graph wasn't necessary either, but is a very nice addition. I for one would absolutely love to see such a dependency graph but for items implemented and would definitively use it.

Well I didn't say it was useless. Install the mods if you want the devs to implement those kinds of features, since that tells them what kind of features are wanted more than a post on the forums. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=30240

Yeah, and there is a mod for that guys. I didn't want dependent on mod alone.
