Here is something I completed in it:
That's the result of the reddit 1 hr challenge. Basically you have to get as many techs done as you possibly can in an hr. i got 12 done.

Very rudimentary mockup. And yes, sub-potato quality. Better than a 2M file just to get a point across.
Your furnace area is in the blue. Your current output is in the red. My idea was like that in the green.
As I said in chat, your setup will end up messing up the logic triggers due to clumping. Mine would avoid that.
I brought it up because you didn't mention working on the output lines, and that only the input lines were placeholders.
