[1.1.107] Car icon graphic anomaly

The car icon features an unnecessary and slightly distracting border. This border can be clearly visible both in the inventory grid as well as when in the vehicle. After some examination I noticed the border being present in the source image for the icon located in the game files, and (if I had to guess) it was probably caused by a glitch somewhere in the automated sprite generation process.
- Border clearly visible in the UI when playing (UI scale: 100).

- File taken directly from the corresponding game directory (...\data\base\graphics\icons). Notice the visible border surrounding the second biggest of the sprites.
