im using my construction bots to move my inventory from one autocrafter to the other . and its taking a long time even with 2700 bots. so i decided in the mean time il just post a picture of it here on the forums :P .

edit : the second image is when the bots are done moving all the items. it took them about 2 hours.

It would probably faster to move all that ore manually.

i actualy doubt that . the top 3 items were about 360k coal 120k iron and 60k copper . i didnt really feel like moving it by hand .

It can't be a very good crafting system if all you have are raw ingredients. :)

1 tile thick wall allows biters to bite through it. I wish there were other types of walls though :/ The one it the game has kinda boring looks and I didnt find anyting interesting in mods.
PS. Im big fan o robots as well. I ditch all conveyor belts as soon as i can.

i kow they can bite threw the walls , im just to lazie to go around my base and build them 2 wells thick ,the longes outer wall alone contains 20 of those boxes . even with blueprints it would take a long time . and i do love robots , i ditch the belts as fast as posibel ^^ . only other thing i use is trains for outpostes

You don't have to build the walls two thick, just don't build anything directly adjacent to the the wall (i.e. leave one tile space) and the biters won't reach (until they chew through).

Top row crash heavy oil, next one cracks light oil. Space between is for beacons.

Thank you! At least this one looks similar to mine, I feel so bad when I see perfectly planned and scaled setups :)

I'd get rid of all those crude oil storage tanks. Literally all they are doing is taking up more space than you need. You can store a LOT more oil in barrels in a storage chest than you can in a storage tank, and you're already using barrels so why even have the tanks? Also, I consider it a sign of poor planning and balance to have huge buffer systems. The exceptions being oil in barrels and fuel for backup power systems. The reason it took so long for the bots to move everything was because there wasn't enough roboports to provide charging capacity. It doesn't matter how many bots you have if the vast majority of them are queued up to charge.

Much better. I don't see and light to solid fuel being made, just a gas dump. Oil is kinda hard to balance, but those wire conditions sure do help.
