Doesn't it take 5 seconds to make a red science pack and 6 seconds to make a green science pack? So shouldn't that be a 5:6 ratio?

5 AM1 for red and 4AM2 for green produces 2.5 crafting power for red and 3.0 for green. This is a 5:6 ratio.
