[MOD 0.11.x] Rail Crossing - 0.1.1

Mod for factorio that allows trains to cross rail segments occupied by other trains. Most important notes:

• New rail segment that allows two trains to pass at the same time. Imagine this is a bridge or tunnel.
• Trains don't kill anymore (byproduct of getting the rail segment working), and you can walk through them.
• Train construction is slightly modified to prevent crashes.

Using this mod, you can finally create junctions that are deadlock-free, something that's not possible without tunnels or bridges. As such, this mod will become redundant in the future once a proper variant of tunnel or bridge becomes part of the base game.

Just changed the way the mod prevents crashes, seems far more reliable. Also fixed the version number (I'm always forgetting that).

How expensive is this, in terms of materials and time? It seems to me that digging a tunnel or building a bridge should cost lots of time and lots of Steel...
