Why you want to know if a train reach or leave a station? If the trains run fine, let them do their work, quiet. Maybe if they had a problem they could honk for help. I'm using the blueprint-string mod and it has no upgrade button.
I'm looking for newer blueprints and some older an test it, maybe the game version where the blueprint was created is important.
