Tank does not turn when not moving. Used to be able to in .11

As a work-around you can press back and a direction key to turn in place.

Yeah this is recurring bug; after the same bug in 0.11.18 & 0.11.19.
Solved in 0.11.20 then it happen again in 0.12

Sounds like somebody should make regression test for this.

Thx, it is fixed again for 0.12.2 (+ the test was added as well).
