[0.12.13] Night vision bug

Night vision is broken.
PC specs:
AMD Radeon 290X
Intel Core i5@4,5 GHz
16 GB RAM
Windows 10 64 Bit
No mods installed.

Does this happen only when you have night-vision equipment in your armor or even if you take it off?

Just now i updated my driver for you and its still the same. At night when its getting dark the lights turn black...

Thanks. Luckily I was able to reproduce on our AMD machine, so it is fixed for 0.12.16

Comfirmed fixed with an AMD gpu (R9 290 series). It didn't work before and now it does. Great work.
